a blender cut the tomatoes into small cubes. |

all your spices to the pan. 1 heaped teaspoon of turmeric, 1 level
tablespoon of garam masala, 1 heaped tablespoon of madras curry

Add 1
tablespoon of castor sugar to the main dish. Now you need to simmer
for approximately 1 to 1/2 hours, until the beef becomes soft. If
the mixture runs dry add half a cup of water. Stir every 10-15 mins
to make sure the bottom doesn't burn. |
 |
Prepare
your rice for cooking, preferred is Basmati. |
 |
Once the
beef begins to become soft, peel two large potatoes and cut into
small pieces, the size is your personal choice. |
 |
Mix

|
 |
Now add at
least one whole cup of frozen garden peas. Continue to simmer on low
heat, until the meat is soft and the potatoes are cooked through.
|

the will cool it down. You can also serve with Naan bread. Enjoy.
