1 tbsp ground coriander seeds,1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 5 tbsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp oil, 1-1/2 lb chicken breast (diced into cubes).
Gather all your ingredients together

pour 10 tablespoons of natural yoghurt in a small mixing bowl

grate your (fresh) ginger into tiny pieces as shown

finely chop your 2 cloves of garlic the crush with the back of the knife

this is how they both should look add them both to the yoghurt

next measure 1 level teaspoon of chilli powder add to the yoghurt

and 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds

with the coriander seeds you need to crush them, if you haven't got a pestle and mortar use a rolling pin, failing that a good old hammer would do the trick. When done add to the yoghurt

add a pinch of salt, say 1/2 a teaspoon

add 5 tablespoons of lemon juice to the rest of the ingredients

finally add 2 tablespoons of oil

should be looking something like this by now

next thoroughly stir mixture together

add your 1 pound of cubed chicken breast to the mixture, mix this thoroughly. For the best results leave this in a fridge overnight

put a grill onto the highest temperature and skewer the pieces of chicken leaving spaces in between. Grill thoroughly until golden brown

serve as you wish with tomatoes and cucumber, onions, or with Nan bread the choices are endless and enjoy
