5oz / 10 tbsp natural
yoghurt, 1 tbsp grated (fresh) ginger, 2 cloves garlic
(crushed),
1 tbsp ground coriander seeds,1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2
tsp salt, 5 tbsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp oil, 1-1/2 lb chicken breast (diced into cubes). |

Gather all
your ingredients together |

pour 10
tablespoons of natural yoghurt in a small mixing bowl

grate your
(fresh) ginger into tiny pieces as shown |

finely chop
your 2 cloves of garlic the crush with the back of the knife

this is how
they both should look add them both to the yoghurt

measure 1 level teaspoon of chilli powder add to the yoghurt

and 1
tablespoon of coriander seeds |
 |
with the
coriander seeds you need to crush them, if you haven't got a pestle
and mortar use a rolling pin, failing that a good old hammer would
do the trick. When done add to the yoghurt

add a pinch
of salt, say 1/2 a teaspoon |

add 5
tablespoons of lemon juice to the rest of the ingredients

finally add
2 tablespoons of oil |

thoroughly stir mixture together |

add your 1
pound of cubed chicken breast to the mixture, mix this thoroughly.
For the best results leave this in a fridge overnight

put a grill
onto the highest temperature and skewer the pieces of chicken
leaving spaces in between. Grill thoroughly until golden brown |

serve as
you wish with tomatoes and cucumber, onions, or with Nan bread the
choices are endless and enjoy |
