Ingredients: 225 grams plain flour, 2tsp
baking powder, 115 grams butter,
115 grams castor sugar, 1 egg, 115 grams
sultanas, 2 tablespoons milk |

Gather all
your ingredients together |

Measure
your 225 grams of plain flour, the 2 teaspoons of baking powder, put
the powder in the flour |

Sieve both
to your mixing bowel |

Should look
nice and fine like this once done |

Next
measure out 115 grams butter, the cut into small cubes |

Add to the
sifted flour |
 |
Rub gently
until the consistency is like fine breadcrumbs |

Should be
looking something like this |

Then add
your egg |
 |
Put Castor
Sugar over the top |

Slowly mix
together, while your doing this add your Sultanas, bit by bit |

Also slowly
add your 2 tablespoons of milk, eventually the mix should come
together and be like a sticky dough |

Once your
mixture looks like this, the one by one spoon a bit of the mixture
into a large tablespoon |

using the
back of your finger wipe roughly into the cake tin, like this
illustration. Once this is done put in an oven at a temperature of
200 degrees for fan oven, for about 15 |

Once
cooked, leave for 10 min's to cool down, then put on wire tray.
