 Ingredients: 4 Sausages, 6oz Plain Flour, 2 Eggs, 6fl oz Milk, 4fl oz Water (Luke Warm) Gravy.
Gather all your ingredients together 
Fry your sausages until they are golden brown, don't overcook them as they will be cooked further in the oven later 
Measure out 6oz plain flour 
Put the flour in a large bowl or jug, the crack your eggs on top 
Measure out 6 fluid ounces of milk, then 4 fluid ounces of water 
Pour onto the flour and eggs. The whisk briskly with a fork until the flours dissolved. If you have an electric whisk use that instead. Mixture should be similar to treacle consistency  
Place your 4 sausages on a medium sized oven dish 
Slowly pour the mixture in and around the sausages then put in a pre heated over at 160  degrees (fan oven) for 25 to 35 mins, depending on how brown you want the pudding mixture 
This is the most essential part of the recipe, prepare your wine and glasses, try to resist temptation to sip before dinners ready

I'm lazy so used instant gravy 4 heaped teaspoons of granules and half pint of boiling water 
Enjoy on its own or with vegetables of your choice
