Ingredients: Plain Flour 1 Cup, Milk 4 Fluid Ounces, Water (Luke Warm) 2 Fluid
Ounces, 1 Egg (Medium / Small)

Prepare
your ingredients above,
Put your oven on to 160 Degrees if Fan Oven, reduce accordingly if
not.
With your Yorkshire Pudding dish poor a teaspoon of oil in each
section and place in oven |

This is
absolutely vital for good results, measure exactly 1 cup level of
Plain Flour, Home pride is recommended |

Again
measure exactly 4 fluid ounces of milk into a small jug |
 |
Top this up
with 2 fluid ounces of luke warm water |
 |
Put your
flour into large measuring jug, or small bowl if you prefer, then
add your egg |
 |
Then add in
the milk and water together, once this is done, stir briskly with a
fork until the the flour has dissolved, the mixture should not be
runny, it should be similar to yoghurt consistency |

Remove the
Yorkshire Pudding dish from the oven and pour in the mixture, you
may hear a sizzle, this is good. Fill almost to the top |

By know the
oven will be nice and hot, this is essential |

Put in the
oven for exactly 20 min's, over time you may to leave this mixture
longer if you prefer crispier edges, also you may want to use a
larger bowl dish for bigger pudding. You can experiment with this
